ANALYSIS OF THE FLOW CHEMISTRY.
Traditionally, the analysis of the anions in drinking water has been applied to the ion chromatography which has always been gaining all the acceptance of the wastewater analysis. Some of the anions which are analyzed by this include Bromine, Chlorine, SO4, NO4 and also NO2. The detection limits suffer in case the samples end up having dissolved solids or even organics. All this is caused by the dilutions which can be of help when eliminating the interferences. The interferences can, however, cause problems when it comes to the flow chemistry ways. The flow chemistry can analyze all the solutions directly without the need of any dilution whatsoever. The amount of the nitrite is always interfered by the high concentration of the chloride. Its also advisable for the samples of the nitrates to be preserved since they all require a high sulfate level of a sample dilution. Since preserved samples can never be analyzed by the ion chromatography, Nitrates should always be tested before 48hours are over.
The sulfuric acid is always regarding the flow methods since the fluoride can never be in terms with the determination of the ion chromatography at levels which are below 1.0mgl. They also require to have deviations from the procedures which are always followed. Since the interferences become more absent, the method of the P of the flow chemistry becomes sensitive too. Flow chemistry can easily determine on the forms of P in a solution. Sulfate is difficult when it is at low levels since determining it in high chlorides brings scales to be in the responses as well. If any dilutions are not done with the samples, the high content in the salt brings retention which at times makes the sulfate to be identified as the phosphate from the data systems.
The ion chromatography is an excellent job and it also needs to have a detector with a separate column. The type of the detector is utilized by the flow chemistry methods and the other colors too. The ion chromatography provides a way as well whereby the determination of the anions and the drinking water are unsurpassed. Any samples can allow the automated analysis of the samples which can be hard to the non-metals and anions too. Distillations, digestion and extraction of the automation needs the flow chemistry. The ion chromatography can be destroyed with the column of the aluminium, hopper preventing the high dilutions of any accurate level of the chloride. The sulfate requires high levels even though the samples of the nitrates cannot be preserved.
